New product
2018
The client needed a product page for customers to open a new type of account: retail Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). With user feedback we quickly realized the path to account opening was education.

New feature
2020
This client was adding a new feature to their workplace HSAs that allows users to pay for medical expenses, even with a zero balance. To feel comfortable borrowing, our users' top priorities were no fees and seamless use.

Upgraded experience
2022
Based on user feedback our team discovered that the client's 401(k) loan payment and delinquency process needed to be simplified for users to feel in control of their finances. We created an intuitive payment flow with more clear and targeted education.
